The service was amazing, like a well choreographed, but not overly formal dance.
The food was of course amazing I love you spectacular.
We never felt rushed and felt incredibly well taken care of.
Of course be prepared to leave a hefty amount there but one would not go here without knowing that.one nice thing was that we went to her birthday meal and were unable to get in on my wife’s birthday, but put our names in on the waiting list and several days prior and opening on her birthday appeared and we were able to change our reservation so that might be possible.

I was giddy with excitement to dine at this quintessential Seattle establishment for the first time, and it did not disappoint.
For those in a similar boat, here’s what to expect: upon arrival, a valet takes your car, and a host(ess) guides you to your table that offers a striking view from atop Queen Anne.
If you’re a party of two, you’re seated next to each other facing the view, which we found to be a fun way to enjoy the experience.
From the menu, you pick an option from each course (appetizer, main, dessert), and are served additional courses in between. The ambiance, service, and food are as impeccable as you’d imagine.
Each dish is described as it arrives, and the wait staff are as affable as they come.
Honestly the most magical part of the experience may be that upon exiting, the valet’s already pulled your car up front for you without a word.
A seamless, delightful experience from start to end.

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Canlis in Seattle.
The staff and service were exceptional, creating a memorable dining atmosphere.
The seven-course meal offered some standout dishes that truly impressed.
However, I found a few items to be slightly overrated.
Considering the price point, I expected an experience closer to Michelin Guide standards, but overall, it was a delightful evening.
