Dining at Canlis was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the valet greeted us warmly, and the hostess guided us to our table with a stunning view over Queen Anne.

We indulged in a seven-course tasting menu that showcased Pacific Northwest flavors, with the roasted duck and chocolate mousse being absolute highlights. The service was impeccable - our server described each dish with enthusiasm, and they even surprised us with a little birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch!
