I had a great time at re:public after a day exploring Seattle! The atmosphere perfectly blends casual and trendy, making it inviting for both intimate dinners and after-work drinks.

We indulged in the shrimp and grits, which were delightful, featuring perfectly balanced collard greens. My friend couldn't get enough of the spicy risotto! For drinks, their cocktail selection was impressive - definitely the highlight of our evening.

Service was fast, but it can get a bit noisy during peak hours. I recommend making a reservation! 🍽️
