Restaurant Bachaumont

Last night we dined at Bachaumont in Paris and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish.
The service was exceptional, the cocktails were perfectly fresh and balanced, and the food was absolutely delightful. Let's start with the service.
The staff at Bachaumont were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top-notch.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to make our visit memorable.
The staff even showed us to a private dining room, which was a pleasant surprise and showcased their commitment to providing a personalized experience. Now, let's talk about the cocktails.
Bachaumont definitely knows their craft when it comes to mixology.
The cocktails were expertly crafted, with a perfect balance of flavors.
Each sip was a delight, and they truly complemented the dining experience. Speaking of the food, there were a few standout dishes that I highly recommend.
The prime rib steak was cooked to perfection, tender, and full of flavor.
It was a true carnivore's delight.
The salads were fresh, vibrant, and bursting with seasonal ingredients.
And let's not forget the truffle pasta, which was a heavenly combination of rich truffle flavor and perfectly cooked pasta. However, I must mention that the sea bass carpaccio fell short of expectations.
It was under-seasoned and lacked the wow factor that the other dishes had.
While it didn't ruin the overall dining experience, it was a slight disappointment. Overall, my experience at Bachaumont was exceptional.
The service was impeccable, the cocktails were a delight, and the prime rib steak, salads, and truffle pasta were highlights.
I would highly recommend this restaurant for a special occasion, a private dinner, or simply a memorable dining experience in Paris.

Simply amazing! I have stayed at the hotel many times and this was my second time dining here.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with great pairing recommendations.
If you are in the area or at the hotel make a reservation and don’t miss this opportunity.

Dinner here last night, the decision based on menu and past reviews.
It was a very good decision! My date and I were seated quickly with advance reservations.
The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting, at the first floor of the Hotel Bachaumont. Our server was friendly and quick, very welcoming. We started with the courgette flowers, a delicious seasonal delicacy. Next, we had the Angus beef entree and the boneless smoked veal chops, with side vegetables.
Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. We elected not to have dessert, although what we saw looked fabulous. In short, make a reservation and go enjoy a great restaurant!
