Restaurant Shanghai Fouxing offers a delightful escape into authentic Chinese cuisine right in Paris. The atmosphere is cozy and laid-back, perfect for a casual meal. We dined on the vegetable spring rolls, which were fresh and paired beautifully with a zesty dip. The basil chicken stole the show - tender and bursting with flavor.
