Not sure if my review was not posted, but I have a great experience every time I go to Red Robin. I had the Banzai Burger, and this time it tasted even better, mine was on-spot, and it had a special teriyaki flavor which, combined with the grilled pineapple and bacon, made a delicious flavor. Service was good, very attentive Server who passed by several times being watchful of our needs and wants.

We (family of 3) ate here for lunch. Chain-Wide Thoughts: we have liked Red Robin for years.
The food was good, but $15 a plate is way more than expected.
They offer “bottomless” fries, but they bring out a handful at a time (think less than McDonald’s small fries, I would guess about 10 per plate) and then you have to ask for more.
Family of three, ordering burgers, drinks and one appetizer came to $90 with 20% tip. Location Specific Thoughts: it was slow, and so was our wait staff.
She checked on us a few times, but I had to flag her down to ask for drinks or whatever.
Overall, she was nice but we won’t be back.

This was our first time at Red Robin’s and we absolutely loved it! Our waitress was amazing.
She recommended us items was extremely friendly, fast, efficient and great with our kiddos.
Would come back just because of her customer service in itself.
The food was mouthwatering good from the appetizers to the entrees to the delicious alcoholic beverages.
We will definitely be back and recommending to our friends and family.
