Really nice, clean, well decorated interior.Stopped by for lunch and we were in and out under an hour - quick service. They brought out honey butter croissants as the free appetizers before our meals and wow, they are delicious! Will have to come back for extra.Their chicken tenders were crispy and done perfectly.Their ribeye medium-rare was done well too.Tasty lunch and great customer service.
I was disappointed in all aspects of this particular Cheddar's.When seating us, we told the hostess we were expecting one other person and as we were being shown a booth, one of my friends said, that we would have 3 more people join us not just one.So that created some confusion, and the hostess walked away, leaving us standing in the middle of the restaurant. We walked back to the hostess' desk and she said it would be a few minutes(which was fine, but it would have been nice to be told immediately and not leaving us standing there in the middle of the restaurant and trying to figure it out on our own). The waitress was mediocre at best. When bringing out my order(steak and ribs) with 2 sides(I chose corn and broccoli), she forgot to bring the broccoli and when she asked what else we needed I said: my second side - broccoli, she brought me green beans.I also asked for steaksauce, and she brought an almost empty bottle that was all sticky on the outside. This brings me to my next point: the quality of food! If you check out my previous reviews to two other Cheddar's(they were outstanding, especially the ribs! So I expected a similar quality at this Cheddar's).Unfortunately, yet another disappointment 😞 My steak was supposed to be cooked to medium with a pink(not bloody) center, that didn't work out, the juices were running red on the plate once I cut into it.The ribs were cold and dry.My ice tea tasted "fishy" (when googling it, I found it may mean bad storage conditions). My granddaughter wanted a cheeseburger with ketchup and mustard only but received one meat and cheese only. Her fries looked like they had been on the bottom of the vat and had been fried more than once(see the photo I added). My summary: The only great thing I encountered was the massive fan on the ceiling. It was a great choice in design! My recommendation to the owner/manager: additional training for the staff.
Love their honey butter croissants. Veggies good.Fish & chips hood but not beer battered. Good service, good family atmosphere or casual date
