Ordered my seasoning on Jan 23 2024 Never received a tracking number.I called on the 25th to confirm that they had my order associate said yes it’ll be shipped out soon.Remind you shipping is 18.00 for 2-3 days.(Priority).Called again on the 29th same associate asked for my information to verify and said that my order was shipped out and he couldn’t find the tracking number, but the order should arrive Thursday.On today I realized I still never received a tracking number so I went to reach out to the owner.I tried explaining my frustration to him being that time is passing by I asked that I get a refund because this is unprofessional.Instead of him apologizing for his unprofessionalism he decides to get an attitude and tell me he’s not going back and forward and he’s going to just refund me.I thought when you own a business you hear your customers out and try to fix YOUR COMPANY MISTAKES.It’s no way I shouldn’t have a tracking number after your workers said it was shipped.I wouldn’t order a bubble gum from this company
The Fried Ribs, green beans and potato salad is DELICIOUS 😋!! MY FIRST TIME TRYING THE BOIL MEAT PLATE OMG!!!! IT WAS ALSO DIVINE! IF I can make a suggestion I would love to try some of your boiled vegetables (i.e MUSHROOMS)
Food was hot, fresh, delicious and filling.
