I was at your restaurant on Lee Drive in Baton Rouge, La on April 27, 2024 celebrating my twin aunts 79th birthday.
I order my usual meal house salad, baked potato with works minus bacon, and Crabmeat Au Gratin.
I started eating it and it was fine but as I got closer to the middle it started tasting funny.
I asked my aunt and cousin to taste it and they agreed it tasted sour.
I asked to speak to the manager in hopes of getting a salad or something but she wouldn’t hear of it, saying there was nothing she could do.
I didn’t say anything but paid my bill and left.
On my way home my stomach started hurting and barely made it home.
I was very disappointed and love eating at Mike Anderson, my brother Charles worked there for years, I enjoyed coming there.
I just want to give my experience with your manager Heidi.

First time visiting.
I called at 11:15 am.
and inquired if they had crawfish the price and what time they were serving them.
He explained they served them all day until they ran out.
I arrived at 11:40 am, Apparently, I was misinformed that they wouldn't be ready until 2 p.m., so I wasted my time.
Thanks for nothing.

This is supposed to be a $20 salad.
They forgot the eggs and it appears to be 90% iceberg lettuce.
Where’s the romaine? How is this worth $20? There is barely any crawfish and shrimp.
Definitely not more than a pinch of crabmeat.
We were told to save the salad and bring it in the next day.
This was dinner and we live in Baker.
They don’t believe in making things right! We spend too much money here for them to drop the ball.
There is definitely a lack of customer service! We are very disappointed and will think twice about visiting Mike Anderson’s again!
