The salad bar is the star here - everything is so fresh and crisp, perfect for a healthy bite. I recommend trying the manager's special with the Santa Fe Sandwich and the Spicy Seafood Gumbo Soup. While I hoped for quinoa instead of lettuce, it was still delicious!
