I recently dined at Blue Corn Modern Mexican, and I must say, the experience was delightful! 🌮 I ordered the grilled fish taco combo, and it was fantastic. The tacos were perfectly grilled, and the rice and black beans were fresh and flavorful. We opted for outdoor seating, which added to the laid-back atmosphere.
