Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I’ve never really been in a place that I have felt unsafe and wanted to leave the instant I walked in until I came to this Popeyes.
Placed mobile order and went to the drive through to pick it up and sat for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to answer and got nothing.
So drove around and went inside the store.
Which upon going in you can instantly see how unkept and gross this place is.
Stood at the counter for a minute or two and was not greeted or spoken to.
Out of the 6-7 people I seen, all were on their phones and only 2 people were working, the cook and one lady behind the counter.
After finally being spoken to, told the lady I was there for a mobile order pick up and she started putting it together.
As I’m sitting there at the counter there is someone behind me sitting down at a chair and she seemed to be tweaking a little.
My wife stayed in the car out in the parking lot where 3 homeless men that could barely stand straight up walked up to the car and actually looked in the car.
Luckily the doors were locked.
I had to stand at this counter for another 5-10 minutes while they put my order together while the 3 men who just looked in my car sat outside the front door at an outside table.
I felt as though I had to hurry up out the store and get to my wife and car not knowing what these men were thinking.
Also, all the people walking around inside the store on their phones were complaining about problems that customers probably shouldn’t be hearing.
First and last time ever going to this, I wish I could call it an establishment but that would be giving it to much credit, location ever again.

We visited this place today and was totally shocked at how filthy it is.
It's 11 am on Saturday so I know the trash and food particles all over is not from the lunch rush.
You can tell the floors haven't been cleaned in several days.
We had to clean off a table in order to sit downtown eat and were the only diners in the place.
Don't get me started on the bathroom.
The toilets were gross and the trashcan was overflowing onto the floor.
The health department really needs to pay this place a visit.
Shame on the franchise owner and the managers that run it.
Totally disgusting.

first of all my order was wrong on the screen but when i asked her to repeat it it was repeated correctly..
when i paid she gave me no receipt so i had to ask for one so i could go over my order because the prices weren’t adding up.
i found out i was double charged & it feels like it was on purpose because my correct order was repeated to me & the receipt was kept; intentionally in my opinion,..
both sides were wrong & one meal didn’tget the drink it was supposed to come with.
i almost asked for it but once i seen the roach crawling on the menu i just left.
i was done & I’LL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN
