Red Lobster

it is going to be tough to go back... arrived 730pm, host was great sat us right away and set up the two kids' menu + drawing stuff right away on table sat down for about 20min, while i can tell there are alot of wait staff, host and bus boy, i mean there like gonna be 20+ staffs, for 20mins nobody ever stopped by, i will say that most of the tables were full so its not like they were not busy but 20mins...really?!  no water no silverware no nothing lol 20mins later, a wait staff finally came by, asked us if we waited awhile because she said she saw us kept looking around(that' when i realize she probably NOT even our assigned waitress lol). she was nice, took our drink order and food orders another 20mins later she gave us our drinks.
 yup, all in 40min+ to get our water lol by that time, our kids were all hungry i mean its like 815pm still no food so we asked her to get us the bread however, she came back told us the bread was out as soon as they have new, we will get it. another maybe 15mins later, she gave us the bread and the app at 850pm, which is about 80mins after we sat down, we finally got our food lol overall, the host was great, the waitress was fine i truly felt that she wasn't assigned to us because most of the time we can see that she is at the other side of the room LOL.
 she still managed to get us what we need(the food was probably the cook fault lol) and she came back 3 times while we eat to check on us! the food was the usual lobster stype and shrimp...the bread was great! even tho it shouldnt be a 2hrs dinner at red Loster this waitress sort of somehow make it up lol i even gave her 25% tip(after tax) LOL

Just how we remembered it.
It's been a while since we've been here everything was fresh and hot and was out quickly.
We came here pork brunch so about 10:30 a.m.
Our waitress Suzy was extremely attentive, with a delightful personality and we hope she is working next time we return.
It's hard to find employees that actually enjoy their job and she did an amazing job and was very helpful with the menu.

We got two appetizers fry calamari and crab dip queso those were delicious and tasty and for main entrance we got lobester and shrimp feast with two sides the sides were really good and tasty are only issue was the lobster tail they had a bad fishi smell hard and raw .
