Yesterday 07/01/24 - Waited outside for 20+ mins (with no one in line in front or behind me - no other customers) for them to tell me that the shake machine was broken and they'd be right out.
They finally brought my 4 Kid's Shakes..
only halfway filled! $20 later and completely unsatisfied.
Was not about to go back in after the extensively ridiculous wait.
Not to mention there was no whipped cream, which they always serve atop their shakes. Major disappointment for my kiddos (and my wallet).
No wonder this place is never busy.
It's a 'SHAKE' spot..
it's literally written in the restaurant name.
Will not be returning.

It's one of the few that's still around the suburb area.
Old Americana diner vibe, but now it's mostly self-service, including ordering your food.
Soda fountain only dispenses drinks by using a QR code.
Anyway, I always love the burgers here and their shoe string fries.
The milkshakes are good as well, but I find it way too sweet for my liking, and you can always get a good deal during happy hours 2-4 on a weekdays.

Its Friday night at 9pm.
There are 2 tables and us.
No server's only a machine.
No one acknowledged us.
The restaurant is dirty.
I mean gross.
No one has cleaned any tables.
The floor is sticky.
Bathroom has urine all over the floor.
Ordered shakes only.
They were ok.
Not the normal quality.
Came here instead of Denny's.
I made the wrong choice.
