My 2nd time to this red lobster. Friendly staff like to take your order They are nice! I ordered 3 shrimp my way it was so good My mom had shrimp 2 ways Booth are delicious. My first time that i was here i order 2 lobster tail but 1 was a bit dry,

Red 🦞 .All you can eat shrimp.
Usually I love it.
Today was ok.
The service wasn't great.
We finished the first round and had to wait for the server to come back to the table.
The drinks were awesome .
The food was good...The atmosphere was nice and cozy.

Took long to be attended to even though the restaurant was not busy.
Multiple employees looked but kept walking by until a manager and host finally came to seat me.
Miss communication caused my service to be more delayed than usual after being seated in an area that was assigned to a loaded waiters area.
Another server, Ami, was nice and attentive enough to jump in get my food service going after explaining that the current waiter was busy with multiple tables.
She was very nice and polite and took care of my food orders and drinks right away.
The food was made fresh and efficiently.
The food was really good and enjoyable.
