After paying $25.75 for a large oxtail I was able to count the the 6 pieces and the small portion of rice and peas in the large container.I would recommend them using the small container because that was the portion in the larger container

Hi Der, Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we apologize for the disappointment you experienced with your oxtail order. We truly value your feedback, and we'll address this matter internally to ensure consistent portion sizes.Your satisfaction is important to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to make it right in the future.
Went in there because I haven’t had oxtails in a while, two ladies are extremely rude, it’s like they were bothered I was there getting food.I sit down in excitement then I wanted jerk sauce on the side I get a response “we don’t have jerk sauce!” I when I’m about to ask different question she just walks away. What kind of service is that? Even as I was sitting there each customer that walked in were greeted with such distain.Firm believer of if you don’t like where you work, then go somewhere else don’t give paying customers attitudes! I’m not coming back here the food was mid at best but never spending 28 dollars on a meal n be disrespected again.

Hi Emmanuel, We are disappointed to hear about your recent experience. This is outside our standards of service. We will have a coaching and mentoring session with our staff & share your feedback with them. We’d love to serve you again & apologize for the substandard experience face to face.
I have to say that times up for me with this establishment.I believe the 2 lady’s other than the main 2 employees. They are bit unwelcoming to American Blacks yes I said it.I walked in to there place of business and the employees were adament that I be skipped twice. It was embarrassing because the lady (elderly) I allowed to enter ahead of me even she told me you got here first.Once she heard the two employees disregard me as I asked may I order. They said not only was a random woman first but the old lady was also going to go first one I let in ahead of me.Once she heard that she looked at me and said wow you got some strong headed woman around here.I was extremely embarrassed turned around and me and my FAMILY will no longer support this franchise. There are black businesses in my city who are doing it right and they deserve my support.I wish them the best of luck. And to the sweet lady who works there closely with the manager i spoke to weeks before who made me aware of the short term closing.I wish her the best sometimes that’s the way it goes and it never comes back ……..Ever
