My family and I arrived here at 6:45pm on a Sunday. We were put on a waitlist and was told the wait would be 25-30min since we were a small party. We actually got seated 50 mins after we arrived. We didnât get an appetizer since we get the biscuits which is always a hit.For our drink we got lemonade (which she got a refill on), and 2 Pepsi. For our entrees we got the Salmon, lobster and shrimp, the maple bacon chicken and the stuffed flounder. For our sides we got the Mac and cheese, rice, mash potatoes and broccoli. We all enjoyed our food except for the rice and the stuffing in the flounder. My recommendations are the shrimp, broccoli and Mac and cheese. Our waitress was very attentive and kind. The crowd actually died down right when we left which was around 8:30pm.Definitely would come back but with a reservation. Our total came out to $150 with tip.
We took my dad out for dinner at Red Lobster and we had an okay experience. Some of the food was a bit high in salt but it was mostly pretty good and the portions were nice. The mocktails we ordered pretty much tasted like strawberry lemonade with some bubbles and needed some more ice.The service we received from our waitress could have been better, she took our orders and brought out our food and we werenât able to get her attention for the rest of the night. We werenât able to order drink refills because sheâd walk past our table so fast and wouldnât even look in our direction. When we got the bill and paid, I specifically told her Iâd be leaving a cash tip because I knew she would probably get upset when I selected âno tipâ on the screen. When I didnât immediately pull out the cash, she caught an attitude and asked if we were going to tip in cash or not.I was surprised at her behavior since I had already made it clear that I would be tipping in cash and especially considering she did not really earn the tip with the service she provided.Overall I think the service could be better but we didnât let that ruin our night and still had a decent experience.

Wow wow, I didnât learnt anything from my last experience at Red Lobster in Green Acres. This time I came to Gateway Red lobster hoping I will have a better experience.I donât know what it is with this Endless shrimp. We ordered same as before. We waited 45 minutes to get our food .I have to change my order to trio my daughter also.My son took a chance on staying with endless shrimp .He ordered a second batch but the waiter told him the shrimp is one at a time.He put the order in 10p itâs 10:19 the dragon shrimp never came. This waiting is that away to deter people from ordering more shrimp? Iâm just askingâŚ.I will never again go for this endless shrimp. This is horrible. My daughter linguine was cold and art was hard. Her mash potatoes was also cold .I gave two star cause of biscuits we got fast.
