Food was great.
People were good.
The AI order system was weird as hell though. Edit: No, I don't wish to help you optimize your AI ordering process.
People just don't want to have to speak through a hi-tech phone tree in order to get a sandwich.

So I definitely feel the need to make this post now that I've read the reviews for the last few years ! I've recently moved back to the West side and have been going back to this location for about 2 months now & every trip has been great! The food has been on point and the employees were all super nice! The wait in line was still a little longer than I'd like to admit but I feel like the reasoning for this is the automated ordering system not the employees ! Keep up the good work !

If I could give them a 0 I would the worst service I've had at a rallys and what's even worse as I'm trying to get service at the walk up window a female employee proceeds to sit on the production counter while people's food is being made while they work around her she's sliding up and down the counter.
I was extremely disgusted.
They need to be reported to the board of health
