I have always drove by this location wondering about the food truck but the real gem seems to be inside.I was recommended this place by a coworker and I was so happy with going. When entering I walked up to order and it was kind of busy customers so I waited for about 3 minutes for the guy to stop and take my order, but they had just got slammed with 7 orders right before I came in. It took about 15 minutes for my 6 tacos that I ordered and I drove home to have them. I will warn they are juicy when you eat them they will drip.I should have got the dipping sauce to go with them but they came with some medium to really spicy pour on containers.I will warn the red container was definitely spicy. The flavor of these was just amazing. The whole way home they just had my mouth watering.Though I will admit they smell better than they taste but they are still delicious nonetheless.3.75 per taco with cheese is fairly cheap for such amazing food as well.If you love tacos this is a must try location and I honestly can’t wait to go back and try their other food. Thank you for such a great experience!
Las Tapias Birria is an absolute gem for anyone seeking an unforgettable culinary experience. From the moment you step inside, the tantalizing aroma of birria tacos envelops you, promising a feast for your taste buds.🌮🔥 The birria tacos are nothing short of divine.Imagine tender, slow-cooked beef nestled in warm corn tortillas. Each bite bursts with robust flavors, and the accompanying consomé (broth) adds an extra layer of deliciousness. It’s like a fiesta in your mouth! 🌮🎉 And let’s talk about their horchata—a creamy, cinnamon-infused elixir that transports you straight to the heart of Mexico.Sip on this refreshing beverage as you savor the spicy tacos—it’s a match made in foodie heaven.🥤🌟
Stopped in for a quick bite.Got the broth and a taco. This does not taste like authentic birria. It has a decent flavor but it's definitely not authentic. The biggest let down was the taco, for almost $4, you'd think you get a decent taco.Literally a fried tortilla garnished/sprinkled with birria meat.Very disappointing, do not recommend. The horchata was overly sweet as well.
