Las Tapias Birria is a delightful fast-food gem in Columbus! 🌮 I popped in for a quick bite and went for the birria tacos, which are bursting with juicy flavor. They took about 15 minutes to prepare, but the wait was worth it! Just a heads up - they're messy but oh-so-satisfying.

The slow-cooked beef is nestled in warm corn tortillas, and don’t skip the consomé for dipping! I also tried their horchata, a refreshing accompaniment. 🌟 Plus, the staff is super friendly and eager to help. Can't wait to go back and try more!
