I typically choose Qdoba over Chipotle but this time it was a FAIL.I took a bite of my chicken burrito and kept tasting burnt pieces. Finally opened it up and sure enough most of the fajita veggies were burnt (not charred btw, BLACK & burnt!).It was also quite bland (minus tasting charcoal). So disappointed.Food is too expensive these days to not be cooked properly. They had to know it was burnt before they served it 🤦🏾♀️. *Update: Qdoba reached out to me after this review and made it right! That hardly ever happens and I so appreciate that they take a customers bad experience seriously.I will be trying a different Qdoba location though 🤪.

The girls in here are nice ish but don't know how to roll a burrito.Maybe it's the way they were taught to do it? No clue. When I asked for a little bit of cilantro and she gave me a handful on top, I was a bit annoyed. When she rolled my burrito into a square I was puzzled. Then the total came for 3 burritos and 3 soft drink- 48$ Really? Then they asked me for a tip. When I unrolled the tightly wrapped foil at my seat the burrito busted and leaked all the juices out.Needed a fork for this thing as it was oddly wrapped and couldn't be held and eaten like an other larger burrito establishments I've ever been to.This is likely to be the last time in this place.

I have ordered before from here and the food is great.Today was the first time i dined in and boy was that a bad decision. Unfortunately the staff looked annoyed that we were there in the first place.None the less the body language was terrible.I tried to get the two Hispanic ladies name, unfortunately no name tag.I am Hispanic myself, but if my friend is there with me (non Hispanic) we shouldn’t be treated any different.Unfortunately we felt really uncomfortable and decided to just get up and leave. It sucks finding great tasting food, with nasty customer service.Definitely left a bad impression.
