I showed up to pick up an order for someone through doordash and I went to the online order pickup area and was ignored for 15 minutes while they served other customers and I even went right in front of the register and they moved to the next one.
Other people with orders came up as well and was trying to get their attention but they were flat out being ignored.
Someone with curbside even came in saying they’ve been waiting for so long for someone to come out and bring them the food and no one has.
When I FINALLY got someone’s attention they just nodded and left and I haven’t heard anything else for 10 minutes.
Y’all are getting paid by the hour and I'm getting paid by delivery and I cannot get paid if I do not get the order delivered at a decent time.
Do better and hire better employees

Whoever was cooking on 2/27 around 5pm deserves a raise.
Most the time I go to panda the food does not taste like it should.
Today the food was so good I left my 1st review ever.
Please remove the AI taking my order though, it is very annoying
