Chipotle Mexican Grill

They finally hired some people who know how to serve proper portion sizes, the last few months have been hilarious with how little they give at the original price.
Quality control is very questionable, as I ordered a burrito with white rice that was very undercooked and crunchy.
The next time I came in everything was perfect and staff were much friendlier.

This is perhaps the most mismanaged Chipotle I've ever been to, and I don't say that lightly.
Every time I've been/ordered, something has been wrong.
First trip a few months ago, it was around 7:30 pm and they were out of both chicken and steak.
Ordered online a couple weeks ago, portion sizes were abysmal.
While I feel like that happens with most Chipotle locations when I order online, this instance felt like the portions were significantly less.
Went again on national burrito day at noon and they told me it'd be another 15-20 minutes until they had the cheese "to temp" and ready to serve.
They were also out of ice.
The only saving grace is they gave me free chips and guac to make up for no cheese.
Which was nice, but how is the necessary amount of cheese for the day not ready? I've never had that happen at any other location which is wild to me.
This is either gross mismanagement, terrible communication, poor execution by staff, or a combination of all those.
I'd be happy to give this location another chance, but I'm going to have to give it a few months and hope they get things figured out.

Wildly disappointed with Chipotle.
Was excited when I found out this place was going in but it has been a let down.
I’m not just talking about this location but this is the one we have gone to the last few times, they are all trending down.
None the less, food was bland and $26 for 2 trash bowls with about 2.5 oz of protein each, pass.
Yes, they did put the normal amount of extras on.
Unfortunately, Chipotle is probably a no go for us from now on, not worth it.
