I recently had the pleasure of dining at Punjabi Tadka in Crossroads Bellevue, and it was such a delightful experience!

The **Kadhi Pakodi** and **Katori Chaat** were bursting with authentic flavors, and the whole vibe is cozy and inviting.

The staff is the true gem here; my server was patient and attentive, offering samples and suggestions without me even asking! ⭐

I loved the **dal curry** topped with preserved lemon - it was wholesome and not too heavy.
