Punjabi Tadka - Crossroads Bellevue

I recently visited Punjabi Tadka Restaurant, and it was an outstanding experience.
The Kadhi Pakodi and Katori Chaat were both exceptionally delicious, bursting with authentic flavors. Additionally, the lady at the counter was very nice, providing excellent service with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Her welcoming attitude added a special touch to the overall experience. I would highly recommend Punjabi Tadka Restaurant to anyone looking for a delightful meal and superb customer service.

Very nice and patient server.
I just wanted to try something new, and he explained to me what the dishes are.
I didn't know the dish I ordered usually comes with rice so I didn't order it, but he gave me a bowl anyway.
He also gave me a small sample of a mixed stir fried veggie dish to ensure I knew what I was going to get, because it turned out to be bittermelons and I didn't like the bitter taste.
I love that he voluntarily did all of these without my requests for samples.
6/5 stars for the excellent customer service.
I ended up ordering paneer.

The restaurant name is "Punjabi Tadka" and they cannot prepare basic Punjabi dish Chole Bhature Bhature is just like puri and very bad taste liquidy chole I have tasted Parathas also but they are not that great too
