Tofu 101 is a hidden gem for authentic Taiwanese comfort food!

I grabbed the braised pork rice for just $8.99 and it was DIVINE - rich flavors and tender meat. The shiitake steamed rice was heavenly too! This place offers a quick and delicious take on traditional dishes, perfect for takeaway. The owners are incredibly kind and even chased after me when I forgot my hot soy milk!

While there's no seating, the line moves quickly, and it's worth the wait. Don’t miss their purple rice rolls and frozen zong xi! 🌟
