I went to Paris for a week, the Publisher Pub was near by to my hotel, my family and I were lucky enough to find this restaurant, the food was amazing but the service was even better the Waiters were terrific, we were there three times during the time we were in París, I truly recommend this place
The night we visited there was limited staff but they were superb. The owner/manager spoke perfect English and was very attentive despite it being a very busy time. The other waiter had minimal English but he was happy to humour my very basic grasp of French. The food was the best we had so far on our France trip - the only slight feedback is that the Thai beef is served blue (possibly cured in lemon juice?) but this wasn’t clear to us when ordering. However the waiter happily took it back to be cooked without any trouble. The rice with the Thai Beef was the best rice I’ve ever tasted. The other dishes were magnificent and not overly expensive. The coffee machine was out of order when we visited, so they compensated for that by offering a finer wine for the price of the lower priced wine we had been drinking - super service!
Absolutely amazing steak, great beer and a friendly atmosphere. I’m an American and really struggle with French (try as I might) they made me feel welcome and comfortable.Highly recommend!
