First time trying this place, and I went on a Sunday afternoon.
They offer brunch on their menu, which is right up my alley, with fizzy drinks to boot! We did not have brunch items, however. I had the chipotle meatloaf with polenta and greenbeans.
My two friends had fish n' chips and chicken tenders with fries.
We ordered an appetizer but I didn't take a picture of it.
It was the queso fundido that I'll include Pub W's picture/description of, quite amazing.
All the food was tasty, seasoned very well, and it came out more than just warm, which is a bonus! To me, that means it didn't sit at the pick-up window waiting. I rated the service aspect a 3 for a couple of reasons.
While our waitress was very nice, she would disappear for long periods.
Also, I ordered a side salad, which most people, I believe, eat before their meal, but it was brought with my meal.
It's one of my biggest pet peeves.
Not to mention the lack of elbow room. The side salad, though? WINNER 🏆 Not your run of the mill icebug lettuce, with a few bits of tomato, shredded cheddar, and questionable cucumbers, no sir, best side salad hands down!
