I order a pepperoni magnificent w/ double feta cheese.
All I got was old world pepperoni.
This is like the 3rd time I have gotten my order messed up… so I am now resorting to taking pictures of it to prove it.
Marcos has really gone down hill! I used to love their pizza, but unfortunately think I’m moving on from being a loyal customer now.
On to eagle one where they actually get my order right!

The guys here are actually super kind and on point with the time of preparation, my free small one topping birthday Pizza was ready at the exact time given.
Yes if your a member, on your birthday they give you a free pizza no charge at all at any location, definitely worth signing up for.
Best Marcos location so far.

The pizza was great as usual - However, I ordered for a pickup, and they must have had some new staff, because when I went in to get my order, there were two people in front of me waiting, and we ALL waited for a LOT longer than we should have.
We were all but ignored by the staff either on the phones, or trying to get caught up on orders or having training moments in the kitchen.
It wasn't until one of the customers spoke up because he had been waiting for more than 5 minutes and he could see his order sitting there getting cold.
Hopefully my next visit will be smoother.
