Proletariat Pizza is a gem in White Center! 🍕 I finally tried their namesake pizza and was blown away by the crispy, thin crust - no heaviness here! The Brooklyn pie had a delicious balance of cheese and toppings, and I loved that they offered vegan and gluten-free options.

The atmosphere is lively with a classic game area featuring a Star Wars pinball machine. Plus, the staff is genuinely friendly - I've had help carrying out pizza with my toddler in tow!
