Family restaurant
I love the dedication the owner has to promoting indigenous food, experiences and mostly connection with stories.I wish her the best and hope people in White Center and West Seattle will discover fry bread.
I have never had Indian fried bread before so I was very exciting to try it at Nacho Mama's.Deb, the owner is the most friendliest owner I've met.You can really tell she is passionate about her work and the community.Anyways we got the Nacho Fried Bread which was fried bread with beans, beef, tomatoes, lettuce, onions, cheese, and a side of salsa. The bread was so doughy and reminded me of sour dough. What a great experience!
I finally had Grandma Lou's fried bread breakfast.I really love the fry bread tacos, but have wanted to try the breakfast for a couple months. The gravy was so flavorful, the texture of the fry bread was perfect (I was concerned it could get soggy because I ordered take out).I highly recommend trying anything on the menu.Everything I have tried is amazing.
