Phở Thu Thủy is a charming little gem tucked inside Carniceria El Paisano! 🌟 The cozy atmosphere instantly makes you feel at home. I absolutely loved the beef pho combo special; the broth was refreshing and packed with flavor, definitely the highlight of my meal.

The shrimp pork spring rolls were wonderfully fresh and crispy! While the garnishing plate was a bit heavy on the bean sprouts, the overall experience was delightful.

I appreciate the friendly service from the owner, who always makes my visits feel special. Can't wait to return for another comforting bowl! 🍜
