Stopped by Saturday late afternoon and had to wait almost 50 minutes after ordering even with few customers in the restaurant.
Did notice that there were a lot of takeout orders.
We ordered the Andre chicken sandwich, 2 leg quarters - mild & 1 half chicken - medium spice level.
Having tried other fried chicken places - Our expectations were high especially after reading the reviews.
However, we found all the ordered items pretty average in flavor.
The crispiness of the chicken was on point.
If you like spicy, definitely go for the "hot" or one of the higher spice levels.
On the parking front, they have very limited parking so plan accordingly.

We did a ton of searching for the top places that sold Nashville hot chicken to try on pur vacay. Decided to go with this one since it was the "original." Atmosphere was fairly clean and the staff was straightforward and decent enough. This food was a bust.
Spent almost $100 for takeout for our family of six. We expected some type of "sauce" on the mild and medium chicken we ordered.
Couldn't tell if it was on there or not because they all tasted the same.
The chicken was extremely dry, our fries were soggy despite the long wait for fresh food. I think other places have certainly found a way to outshine the 'original' sadly disappointing & wouldn't recommend or return.

Was my first visit and I was NOT disappointed.
I had questions because I enjoy hot and spicy food but also didn’t want to destroy my 👅.
The young lady (see pic) that assisted me with my choice was kind enough to give me a sample to try and it was FANTASTIC.
I got my food and settled in for the challenge.
My sides were Cole slaw and Get It Girl Greens…the slaw was nothing special but the greens😳😋😋😋😋😋.
I wish I had ordered gallons on the greens…OMG OMG OMG…DEEEEEELISHUS.
The chicken XXX HOT did not disappoint and lived up to the hype.
Be careful with the crispy delicious skin that is drenched in seasoning, it’s AMAZING.
The food was delicious and the staff were super friendly and made my visit sooo pleasant.
If I were local I’d return weekly.
