These delicious meals are a game changer! My Mother is a charge nurse and struggles to find time for good, high quality, healthy meals.
Struggle over! I struggled to make healthy meals after work because I was so tired.
All I have to do is pop it in the microwave, a few minutes later I’m treated with restaurant quality goodness! I can’t thank you enough! Total game changer! The food is absolutely delicious!

Better than i thought and a great option for a time pressed bachelor who cannot cook and is tired of drive thrus.
Very happy to be able to get some decent options with lower calories for lunch at my business.

I love everything about this place! Power Plate Meals has a great selection of quick meals that not only taste good, but they are high quality, healthy meals! I love that the macros are right on the packaging along with all of the ingredients! The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable too! Upon walking in for the first time, my impressions were a clean, friendly atmosphere that were all about making things easier for the customer! You're in and out quickly and I've been back 3 times since!
