Great place to eat and drink coffee and work on your computer etc

Ordered ourselves from the self-order then wasn't told our food was ready so it was cold so then we had to use a microwave to warm our own food up.
For spending the type of money you do at Panera bread I expect better service.
I understand it's not the workers at this locations issue it's a corporate issue but it's just very disappointing.

We have always liked going to Panera so when they opened this one up, we were happy to be able enjoy it.
The dining area is open and they also have a drive thru.
There is an area to eat outside as well.
The inside has been clean each time we go and the food is always delivered in a timely manner.
You can order online, at a kiosk inside, or at the counter with an employee.
There is a screen that let's you know if your order is being made or ready to go.
They have a pick up location for to go orders.
This location has been great at being diverse with their employees.
The employees have been nice and helpful.
This is located in a pretty busy area so getting in and out can be crowded and the surrounding roads are quite busy.
Currently, masks are required inside the building.
