Don't order from this location if you're a vegetarian.
No matter who is working, they put meat on everything even if it's clicked off and not included as an ingredient in the order.....I didn't order a pita, I ordered a Bruschetta salad without chicken, and your employees put chicken on it.
A bad day??? Pita Pit ruined my day because it couldn't take the time to actually read the order.
Also, I don't know how it tasted because you contaminated it with chicken rendering the food inedible.
I didn't eat any of it.
You wasted my $12.48 and then instead of offering to do a better job, you accuse me of having a bad day? That was your answer.
I bet you never went to college, never took a business course, you obviously know how to alienate customers by ruining orders and then place the blame on the customer.
You're so stupid I bet you voted republican, didn't you? The Black Bean patty was the best thing on the menu and now Pita Pit discontinued it, that's why I had to order something and then exclude the meat from it.
If you want to improve, offer your associates a literacy and reading comprehension course.

Matt, I apologize that your bruschetta bowl was not made as you wished.
Your comment said "clicked off" so I am assuming that you ordered online.
I am not trying to make excuses for any error we may have made, but there are a lot of times when the online orders come through we are very confused on exactly what the customer is looking for.
On the bruschetta, it only comes through to us as a bruschetta bowl (meat is not listed one way or the other), I was not even aware that our online ordering had the option to take the chicken off on the bruschetta bowl, so I will look into that.
My suggestion in the future would be to add a note to the item and make it clear, such as "no chicken or meat, veggies and sauce only" or something of that nature so that it is clear when we are trying to make it for you.
The other thing I would like to mention is that yes, our corporate office made some pretty big changes to our menu.
We do not really agree with all of the changes that were made to the menu especially with removing a lot of the items that were removed.
So we have kept pretty much all of the items that were removed from the menu, including the black bean.
If you come into the store you will see a sign by the register offering those pitas that were removed from the menu.
However, our online ordering is run by our corporate office and therefore I am not able to offer those removed items through our app or our website.
I will address with our corporate office the need for clearer ordering options online.
I do hope you stop in again now that you know we do actually still have the black bean pita and we will make it a better experience for you! ~Becky

Love their sandwiches and salads, with many healthy options available.
I hate that they outsourced their delivery to DoorDash, I don’t think I’ll order delivery from there but I’ll eat in .
Great service.

We appreciate your great review! Unfortunately, due to the high number of customers that do utilize DD and staffing needs we were no longer able to keep our delivery option in house for regular menu orders.
We do still deliver our catering orders ourself.
If more customers went back to ordering directly from us and not through DD we would be able to offer in house delivery again.
