Potchke is the hidden gem of Knoxville! ✨ I visited for brunch and ordered the Farmer Frittata sandwich - absolutely delicious, and the aioli was a game changer!

The atmosphere is cozy with beautiful decor and a welcoming vibe. The staff is super friendly, making you feel right at home. The Americano is one of the best I've ever tasted!

Just a heads up, parking can be tricky since it's so popular, but honestly, it's worth it! Don’t forget to ask about the secret menu... I can’t wait to go back! ☕🥯
