O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

I was over on this side of town at my gf's place.
We ordered to-go food from here and the quality was very bad.
Our steaks were over cooked, very thin, kinda resembling a hockey puck.
I got a combo with tenders and they also left out the dipping sauce, which is unfortunate because they were also overcooked and dried out.
Even the mac and cheese was barely edible.
We didn't end up eating it.
Very disappointed.
It was a complete waste of money.
Will not be eating here again.

And they wonder why they have no customers.
Maybe it’s the $13 burgers and fries that should be less than $10.
This was a joke! Now I remember why I’ve not been to O’Charley’s in a long time.
And here is the catch, per the sweet lady they charge their burgers to pre-cooked so you get it one way only.
No longer get it cooked how you like it with what you want on it.
That’s how we have to do it now because of money.
Oh well my money will spend somewhere else.
Another customer lost to cutting costs and not thinking about your customers!

The hostess was incredibly friendly...and that's where the good part of the experience stops.
We went there at lunch to get a salad and our server was incredibly inattentive, keep in mind there were literally six people in the entire restaurant and three of them were in the bar area, it took ten minutes to get our drink order and when our drinks came they had enough ice in them to sink the Titanic.
Obviously our server had scooped the ice with the actual glass. Eight minutes later she came back to take our order.
Fifteen minutes later we get the salads.
I was assuming that it would be an entire chicken breast, but as you can see in the picture it wasn't.
I thought maybe they give less chicken at lunch, but still for $9.99 you should get an entire chicken breast.
We never saw our server again until she brought the check.
Both of our drinks had been empty through half of the meal by that time.
She brought the check and I just gave her my card without looking at the actual check.
When she brought my card and receipt I realized that she had charged us full price and not the lunch amount...I didn't say anything because by this time I was completely over this establishment.
I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.
