Food here is great.
Chicken club is my favorite.
The Mac n cheese here is top notch, way better than McAlisters Wish they had a location closer to where I reside The worker that was wearing a dope duck shirt is cool too, super helpful and suggested how to make the sandwich the best

I ordered a lucky #7 that is supposed to have 7 meats.
It seemed light on meat so I took it apart.
There was no turkey, no roast beef.
In fact it only had 4/7 meats on it.
I was literally the only person in there so they couldn’t have confused my order with someone else and I ordered in the app so it wasn’t heard wrong.
Frustrating to say the least.

The restaurant and service were great.
I went on a day where my friend and I were the only people in the place.
The food was fresh and made on the spot.
I ordered a chicken salad sandwich.
But unlike a good chicken salad, it was pretty much just chunks of chicken.
Nothing really special or tasty about the food.
I was pretty disappointed.
I'd say, if you're looking for good chicken salad, go to Chicken Salad Chick.
They set my bar pretty high.
Unfortunately this is the second time I've been to Potbelly and was really underwhelmed with their food.
