Luxor Mediterranean at the RIM is a gem in San Antonio! 🌟 I visited for lunch and was blown away by the Lamb Shish Kebab, perfectly tender and juicy, served with fresh tabbouleh that danced with flavor. The ambiance reflects a modern Egyptian vibe, and the staff was incredibly friendly.
We indulged in delicious appetizers like the baba ghanoush and Greek grape leaves, both packed with flavor. Just a heads-up, the side portions could be more generous; we found ourselves ordering extra rice. Overall, a delightful experience - I can’t wait to return for more culinary adventures! 🍽️✨
