Canyon Smokehouse offers a casual vibe perfect for a quick bite at Six Flags. The brisket sandwich had great flavor, but the turkey leg left something to be desired - too dry for my taste. If you're in the park, it’s convenient, but maybe explore other options!

Canyon Smokehouse offers speedy service amidst the fun of Six Flags. I enjoyed the brisket sandwich; hearty and flavorful! However, the turkey leg could use some TLC - too dry for my taste. Still, it’s a solid spot for a quick bite after rides...

I visited Canyon Smokehouse during my recent trip to Six Flags Fiesta Texas and found it to have a laid-back vibe perfect for a quick meal! I ordered the chipped brisket sandwich, which was flavorful with a nice smoky touch, though a bit pricey at $21.
Service was fast, but I did wait longer than expected for my mobile order. The turkey leg, however, was a letdown - dry and skinnier than I remember from previous visits.
If you're hungry for comfort food on a busy day, Canyon Smokehouse is a decent stop, but be prepared for a hit-or-miss experience... 🍖
