Potbelly! When it comes to sandwich chains, there are so many to choose from.
My wife and I recently went to Potbelly to grab a quick dinner, and it was yummy. My wife loved the Pizza Melt sandwich! If you’re someone who enjoys a warm sub, this is definitely the one to get.
The pepperoni and capicola add a nice spice and warmth to the sandwich.
Having the meatballs crumbled inside makes it much easier to eat than a regular meatball sub where they might be spilling out the sides.
The tomato sauce isn’t too sweet or too spicy.
It’s nicely in the middle.
It’s one of those sandwiches that looks like it’s going to be a mess to eat, and it is a little bit, but 100% worth it. Their mac and cheese is one of our favorite items.
The cheese sauce is super creamy and has a nice sharp tang from the white cheddar.
The noodles aren’t overcooked or mushy.
They have a nice chew and make it seem freshly made.
Our kids devour this mac and cheese every time we bring it home. The staff was friendly, and the location itself was very tidy and clean.
This location makes it super handy having a drive-thru option for people in more of a rush. We’re excited to try more of the menu based on how much we like what we’ve had so far.
Would definitely go back again! Until next time! 🙂

I waited 30 minutes for a DoorDash and it was just a salad multiple people after me including a catering order, went out the door before my dashing order was even made.
The one younger lady with the tattoo on her neck was the first person that I told the name of the dashing order too.
She proceeded at the end to laugh in my face and say you waited so long and tried to ask me again what my order was after I asked another person and literally laughed in my face for waiting so long then got snippy when I called her out for waiting 30 minutes wasn’t funny because it affects my order.
Worst customer service ever.
I’ve worked in fast food and never would I laugh in someone’s face for my mistake or in general.
Completely disrespectful and rude.

This was probably the 4th or 5th time ordering delivery via the website.
I’ve had a few problems in the past, but they were always small- missing chips/soda etc.
and I never followed up because accidents happen.
This time they gave me a sandwich labeled for “xxxx” and missed mine completely- plus my soup.
I called around 7:30, the employee that answered was ADAMANT they did not offer delivery via the app/site.
They got a manager, they were kind and offered for me to pick up the missed meal.
I told them I was not able to pick it up.
They told me their DM would refund me, took my first name and hung up.
I will follow up if I am refunded for the missed order.
This will probably be the last time I order from this location, I will stick with the State St location for lunch.
