Had our first experience recently and it was fantastic! Food was great, service was friendly and engaging and the store was clean and had a nice feel to it.Tried the steak sandwich and soup, neither of which felt/tasted like fast casual.Will definitely be back!

My wife and I decided we were hungry for a toasted sub, specifically, and wanted to try a new place.We both ordered the Turkey Avocado.Upon sitting down to eat, we discovered that neither sandwich had Avocado-- a premium topping that would otherwise require a surcharge, conveniently forgotten.Furthermore, when at the counter, my wife ordered a drink, and since we both drink the same type of soda and they're $2 extra, we typically share a 20oz fountain drink and it's plenty for us...but the guy at the counter was a bit overzealous when I said "no thank you" to a drink of my own, and kept grilling me like "Ummm...ok? Sure you don't want a water?" After two more rounds of "no thank you" being unacceptable to him, I finally admitted that we're sharing a soda, and he straight up said "No, you can't do that!" After a short argument, wherein we promised we wouldn't refill because 10oz of soda each is plenty, he finally relented and gave us the cup after I asked just how he planned on enforcing this policy.I'm just flabbergasted...are you the franchise owner? Will you get a bonus if you save the company a few pennies? I understand the reasoning, but it's just asinine, not to mention rude...$2 for a fountain soda that costs ten cents...we didn't refill our cup, but only because the guy wasn't behind the counter when we were on our way out, so I couldn't "salute" him in the process.We were prepared to walk out the door with our subs already made for us...which would have been more wasteful to the company? Jerk...

I'm new to the area and previously had Potbelly's delicious sandwiches back home.I've become a "Regular" if you will at this location, ordering a few times a week for lunch.I could go on and on about their delicious hot peppers and the crispy bread, but I'm writing this review mainly because of the crew that works at this location. This team is absolutely amazing.Each and every time I come in, I'm greeted with, at minimum, a friendly Hello! Or How are ya? by multiple people.And when I leave, they wish me well.They've gone out of their way multiple times to help me find coupons or perks on the app. Bottom line? I could order delivery every time I get a sandwich, but I don't cause of the warmth and authentic interaction I have with this team.You will not be disappointed- by the crew OR their food!!
