Copal is a delightful Mexican gem in Omaha! 🌮 I recently enjoyed the Cochinta Pibil Panucho, bursting with flavors, though it started off quite spicy! My partner went for the Birria tacos, and they did not disappoint.

The highlight, though, has to be the Stuffed Churros. The tequila ice cream paired with that creamy sauce is pure bliss!

The casual atmosphere is great for all ages, and the service is quick and friendly. Plus, there's outdoor seating for a pleasant dining experience. I can't wait for my next visit! 🎉
