Good food, the bathroom was a bit dirty and they had a bunch of items near the door to get in.
They were pretty slow that evening.
Took a bit longer than most locations for an employee to come out from the backroom.

Thoroughly enjoy this place! Their sandwiches are awesome.
Almost always get the pizza sandwich.
Good food for a reasonable price.

This was my first trip to Potbelly Subs anywhere and it was at best a mediocre and underwhelming experience.
There were absolutely no people in the restaurant on a Friday night at 8:30.
I asked the server what I should get and she was not very much help so I selected the turkey avocado.
I asked if it was hot and she says it was.
Quickly I discovered it really wasn't that hot because the oven wasn't working at least the conveyor belt.
The poor lady had to pull the sandwich through the oven and burned her hand in the process.
The other toppings weren't super clear either and the choices were kind of limited.
I'm hoping it tastes good but I've reset my expectations to kind of mediocre at best.
We will see
