Portillo's in Madison has a fun, retro vibe that instantly transports you back to those classic drive-in days! 🌭 I grabbed an Italian Beef sandwich, which was hearty and flavorful, although I wished the bun was a bit sturdier - it got a little soggy! The fries were hot and crispy, perfect for dipping.

The staff, especially Yvette, was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our experience enjoyable despite some minor cleanliness issues. The outdoor seating is a nice touch, adding to the casual atmosphere. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for a quick bite or a family meal - just be prepared for a little wait during busy times.
