The employees were helpful and made my order hot and correct as it should be .
The store was clean but in need of a remodel/ update.
Has bad smoke haze wile eating in store.

If I could I'd leave zero stars.
Placed online order and was told to come inside from drive through.
Where I was required to wait 30min in line to request to pick up my order that was already placed and paid for 45 minutes prior.
I was then given the incorrect food I ordered.
Was not given the sides I paid for or correct sandwiches.
Was argued with and manager refused to correct order.
I paid for this order and was refused the service I paid for.
During this visit the location was fighting with a health inspector.
The level of professionalism is atrocious the level of customer service is non existent.
I will never return to this location and I am leaving this review to warn others.
This situation was appalling and I hope the owners do something before this location ends up shut down just as the one in jasper as it seems to be run just as horribly.

It's 11:50 at lunch and the lobby isn't backed up.
That's a huge improvement to me as a delivery driver, even if it is a Monday.
I'll be accepting orders for this location again :) Will give more stars if this continues.
I will say I can imagine how some might not be happy about the radio playing explicit content loud enough for customers to hear, but I happened to like GLOrilla 🤣
