Carter's Seafood is a fantastic spot for seafood lovers in Birmingham! 🌊 I stopped by for lunch and was impressed by the fast service and vibrant atmosphere.

The shrimp po’ boy was a standout - crispy and packed with flavor. The accompanying Cajun fries were perfectly seasoned, too! 🍟 The laid-back vibe and friendly staff made my dining experience worthwhile.

I appreciate their delivery and takeaway options as well for a cozy night in. Though I’ve heard mixed reviews on the shrimp and grits, my experience overall was delightful! Can’t wait to return...!
