I order the $6box and popcorn shrimp and once I arrived home I saw the both of my biscuits were molded and the chicken had hair in it that’s been fried into the chicken.This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.I returned the food and the manager Olga G had the audacity to tell me she doesn’t see any hair in the chicken and you can clearly see it.Tried to argue with me about my refund and only gave me a partial refund because of the other side wasn’t in the bag.That’s just fine play stupid all you want but I will be reporting this location to the city of Houston health department.And I took pictures of everything
Ordered 6 spicy white meat and 4 mild thighs.Was charged for 10 spicy white meat so an extra $3 added to our bill.Let it be since we’re getting 6/10 white meat vs an even 5+5.Came home and received only 2/10 white meat.I even spoke to the manager before leaving about it and she ensured me our order was done correctly.The drive back for the correct wings or my $3 back is not worth the hour it would take me.Very disappointed.
Customer service is horrible, they are rude and when a Customer ask fora something they always got an attitude.Went there yesterday work my family abs they were so horrible we steadily had to ask for things they didn't give us and they don't like to put sauce on the wings of the Customer is paying it shouldn't be a problem I had to wait 12 minutes to get napkins
