Machete Loco is a gem of a food truck tucked away on Jensen Dr! 🌮 I swung by for lunch and opted for the chicken fajita tacos, which were generous in portion. The flavors were fresh, and the corn tortillas paired perfectly. 💚

Though I noticed some reviewers had mixed experiences, my meal was definitely on the tasty side. I do wish they stayed open a bit later, as I'd love to grab dinner too!
