Manager and his staff need absolute new training on the definition of Customer Service. I went last week and Manager and his 2 staff were standing around chit chatting/gossiping while I stood at the counter and they did nothing for almost 2 minutes. They did not acknowledge me nor greet me NOR take any action to take my order. Nothing. And when I asked out loud if restaurant was still open, Manager was not happy that I interrupted their gossip conversation. When he came over to register to take my order, he did not greet me and I asked again if restaurant was still open, and he looks around in a smart alek look and then said "Yes, it's still open". But no apology. So I recommend that the franchisee or corporate replace this manager and his staff at Houston Burger King #9983, 9501 Jensen Drive, Houston, TX 77093.
They will answer at the drive thru and once ordering they would just disappear like they ain’t there anymore and Ignore you! Worst service ever!
Every time you go to this location it's a problem the manager laying on the bench sick in the lobby register left open while he runs next door to get change then can't void anything to make changes to your order because he needs a manager which is sick laying on the bench in the lobby close it or do better this is SAD.
