I was told that it would be 15 min on my 16 piece family order, I waited for 50 min and once I got my order I asked for plates, honey, and ketchup the girl gave me 3 plates on a 16 piece family meal and 4 honeys on a order of 8 biscuits not only that when I asked for more I got eye rolls and out of spite she brings me a stack of plates and had the nerve to ask if it was enough with attitude.
But the second girl gave me fresh food after I called back to complain she was sweet had no problems with her.

Ordered the shrimp and when I started eating it was nothing but tails with no meat and the rest was empty fried batter with no shrimp in it at all.
Called to let a manager know and was super rude to me and even hung up on me.
Called back spoke to the general manager and she said they don't even make the shrimp there, that it's just a bag of frozen breaded shrimp that they just reheat.
Wasn't rude like the other manager and said they have no control over how it's prepared.
This location always seems to mess up something with my order so I will not be returning

This place was my first job when I was 16.
Came through drive thru it isnt working.
Came inside there monitors are broken asked cashier how long they’ve been broken she said a minute.
Its 11:35 pm they should have chicken ready for lunch rush.
To me it seems they don’t know how to run this place.
Area manager needs to get things in order! Very disappointed and of top of that had to wait 30 minutes for my order!
